I was recently pre-approved by quicken loans for the conventional owner occupant down payment grant program, in which quicken loans grants two percent of the three percent down payment.

I even called VA Loan program manager, but surprise!

I hate learning a new program.

Its not  bad program but compare with regular internet rate and see if its make sense to take higher rate.

For some reason, probably due to negotiations in the bankruptcy proceedings, the mortgagee sent my tenant an offer for trial payments on a loan mod being done under the Home Affordable Modification Program.
