It wont get removed the first time, or maybe not the 5th, but sooner or later some creditors will fail to validate and it will be removed.

Check the caulking around bath tubs and counter tops, if there is mold there he doesnt do quarterly inspections to make sure the tentants are destroying anything around those things.

My cotenet gave a 30 day notice and has not vacated the apartment and is destroying the apartment mean while I've been paying the full rent myself and she also has her boyfriend there and he isn't allowed to b there is a restraining order i have against him but they want to still remain at the apartment
