Staring a Non Profit - Discussion/Suggestions/Networking

I have decided to focus most of my time on building out a tech solution for online education focused around affordable housing (AH). The thesis is that providing necessary housing skills education to AH tenants will reduce the expenses that landlords incur due to tenants not knowing how to maintain their homes properly. Looking for suggestions, thoughts, ideas, critical feedback, etc... Having been raised in a RE family who does affordable housing has led be to the conclusion that the biggest fear for RE investors is worrying about their property getting destroyed - therefore I have decided to create a system that will mitigate that risk!

Looking forward to hearing everyone's opinions and thoughts.
