I am a Web Developer / Software Engineer by trade, and have recently taken an interest in real estate.

I've been exploring the obvious like a new SEO website with blog/newsletters, videos giving investors an update on our projects, advertising on Social Media (FB, IG, etc), attending conferences, being interviewed on podcasts and/or starting my own podcasts....Any other suggestions?

Jonathon, first I'm a newbie investor for sure but interestingly enough my first deal last year was on a lot that was dividable, in case your not aware this web-site will tell you your zoning and if it is dividable Portland Maps .

I'll be writing a blog post at some point this month outlining my exact direct mail process and strategy that will hopefully give more detail on this topic!

You can create custom apps that will allow you to track, keep notes, set workflows, bulk import date, export data, filter and even make an online data entry sheet that you can implement into a web page for virtual assistant data entry.The site does so much that the options are virtually limitless.

There are all sorts of articles, blog posts, podcasts, etc. on this website that you can dig into from there.
