Help..I'm planning my first direct mail campaign

Hey BP community, Im planning to farm a particular zone in a zip code with postcards. This zone only has 628 residential homes on the route. It's not a "targeted list" per say but a zip code with highest amount of cash transactions and other demo data I use for targeting owners "most like to sell quickly".

I originally thought sending 4 branded postcards to every house for a month, one postcard per week was a good test but after reading a few posts and comments... I'm not so sure.

So I guess I have 3 questions...

1. Has anyone on BP had success with EDDM?

2. How many times would you mail to a residence in a neighborhood your farming?

3. Would you use the same text message everytime or would you change it up?

3b. any suggestions on crafting a sequence for the message if you would change it up.

I'm just brain storming my first mailer and looking for some advice.

Al
