What are system or app you using for organization, recording etc.?

There's been a lot of changes in the industry and many of us "movers and shakers" are working to legitimize tiny homes (and other alternative style housing) by engaging the authorities having jurisdiction as well as standards creating organizations.

I love everything about real estate, buying it, managing it, protecting it (as a volunteer firefighter), and inspecting it.

That's why I.am stepping in to help get things organized and structured.

Organization is going to be key.I’m also trying to build a portfolio of investors for wholesaling and fix and flips.
