Seeking a CPA & RE Attorney familiar with Act 20/22

Hello everyone! I am seeking an Attorney & CPA that specializes in Act 20/22, residential real estate holdings in multiple states- Florida is the main state as of now-and best legal formation for the hiding. An S corp holds a coue of the properties now and then individually others. Looking into multi-family unit & residential-commercial future investments in other states.

I hope there was prior discussion of holding real estate in a Corporation with tax advisors.
