You will have better luck just driving for dollars, or viewing properties that are already listed on the MLS.I used an agent and viewed probably 50 houses before my first investment property.

Our Cuyahoga County tax rates have been updated to reflect 2019 rates (paid in 2020), you can now view the updated tax rates here and on the county auditor's website.A good reminder for those who have yet to purchase property in the Cleveland area - property taxes rarely ever stay the same and the tax figures you see on the MLS and online listings are just about useless for underwriting.

So for the average person I always hear you should go visit the place which is obvious however the dilemma that I'm coming to is should you go to the area to get a general sense and then return home then schedule a few viewings then come back again or should you just bid on a house then if they accept it come only once?

:)Just quickly looking at Airdna (this is the free view so accuracy could be wrong), but if there are really 3200+ rentals in a vacation area that small, my guess is competition is driving down daily rates and occupancy is highly competitive.
