2020 property taxes are due. Have you received your bill?

Our Cuyahoga County tax rates have been updated to reflect 2019 rates (paid in 2020), you can now view the updated tax rates here and on the county auditor's website.

A good reminder for those who have yet to purchase property in the Cleveland area - property taxes rarely ever stay the same and the tax figures you see on the MLS and online listings are just about useless for underwriting. Property taxes WILL reset based upon the purchase price. You can read more about this within the post.
