Condotels usually keep a hefty percentage such as 20 or 25% of the rental revenue......But there are a handful of these that DO allow you take yours our of their rental pool and self-rent. 

Personally, I know a LOT of people are expecting cuts to start happening in June but with the spring market being hot here in Winnipeg and with the recent carbon tax increase I could see inflation staying high forcing the BOC to keep the prime rate where it is.

Might sell, might keep and lease or develop.

Having said all that an 8 year tenant is a pretty good asset and I would give her what she wants if it keeps her in place.
