I live in NYC but have a vacation rental on the Cape (Eastham) and am back frequently. 

I am looking for a vacation rental that could be rented out for 12 months out of the year and not just during the summer months.

It's probably a blessing they are leaving early, if she was planning on moving back in july, at least she won't have to deal with trying to get them to vacate if they decided they didn't want to move.

If I am out of town when invoices need to be sent out, I either have to plan ahead and have them e mailed to me ahead of time and send them out while on vacation, or I could load QB onto a laptop and generate and e mail them while out of town. 

I am starting to invest in 2 market's and 2 different strategies, BRRR and vacation rental's.

I think there's a good opportunity to invest in vacation rentals in my area.

After occupying the residence for 12 months, you may vacate the premises and use it solely for renting out, without notifying the VA.

We would have been done sooner but our contractor who we trust more than anyone had already planned a weeklong vacation during the month.

While vacationing, I drove through Duluth on my way to the boundary waters a few years ago and really liked what I saw.
