@John Acheson The issue with only listing on Zillow is that you are missing out on so much buyer traffic from sites like realtor.com, redfin, broker sites, etc - there may be buyers willing to give you more money who just don't know your home is for sale.

Of course, the other issue is with tenants and especially the foot traffic/noise from the upstairs tenants (currently the upstairs neighbors are in escrow and the new potential neighbors seem nice but they might be 'loud' on their feet).

From what I've seen it has alot of cross traffic going through, People just traveling, going to the bus stop, Bums going to get cans out of the trash.A manager I know said to put a gate up to stop the traffic.

They are not having to pay higher rents for the anchor tenant like in a mall and get better visibility and more frequent traffic from rooftops.20 to 25 years ago we went to the mall as maybe a gas station and one supermarket existed where we live.

You can have the SBDC review the tax returns and also have them help you research the competition and traffic flow etc. in the area.
