Selling Land with No Address

I can't find a broker who will help with a small piece

of wetland in St. Helens, OR that has nice trees

a beautiful creek running through it but...

Does anyone have experience selling land

that doesn't have an address and

is impossible to develop?

Besides selling to the neighbors

anything creative out there?

For Sale by Owner sign, craigslist and eBay are all I got so far...

How can I get it into MLS and Loopnet without an address?

Block and lot number, you do not need a physical address. you can check with the town though, their tax map should have an address for the lot. try any and all of those options to try and sell it, maybe even Face Book, get it out there any way you can.
