I don't know that this would immediately disqualify her, however, other tiny red flags such as employment length for this female would.

During the inspection there were a couple red flags that they found;- The foundation has cracked and shifted a little in 4 places.

I am excited to get cracking. 

You can't lay tile right on plywood subfloors either, it will end up cracking and popping loose pretty quickly.
