I have taken the three day seminar for Rich Dad but didn't opt to proceed with the advance RE course. 

Outsourcing this work on a fee basis rarely goes well.There are a lot of other issues, but these are the big three that I’m concerned about.

I'm a military veteran who is currently in a senior recruiter position for a tier-one company.

I am only looking in the two to three hundred thousand dollar price range. 

Few months ago i came across an ad on Facebook about flipping houses and attended a two hours seminar (sell pitch) and signed up for one of their three days course (for $2000) and also for another tax lien program($900).  

I am from Houston, TX but have been in Memphis for the past three years and this is where I started my real estate investing.

The taxes are behind by three years.

Whenever you go to a doctor, of any kind, for any condition, he will follow the three-part sequence of examination, diagnosis and prescription.Unfortunately, most new investors do it backwards.

We have pretty strong credit amongst the three of us and are incomes allow for much more but at the moment we want to start with the one property and see how well we manage it.
