Owning Inventment Home in Mesa AZ.
I will be retiring to Mesa AZ in about 5 to 6 years. I was thinking about buying a new home in Mesa now and renting it out until I retire. I am only looking in the two to three hundred thousand dollar price range. I thought I would not buy any upgrades now and then remodel the home before I move in. I am from the Northeast; so I do not know the real estate market out there. I don't know if there is a demand in Mesa for home rentals. I would love some advice. Thanks.
