Are these reliable and more importantly safe methods to use for accelerated deductions?

Having a tough time tracking down a reliable real estate agent is the first hurdle we are coming across.

Especially as they get to know and trust you trust and reliability will be a key driver for your success with everyone you work with  

Just knowing I'm 3 hours away, getting calls to help solve 5 min problems is not realistic and so it sounds like a reliable handyman is key.

When both parties fulfill their responsibilities (which is the way interpreted #3), there is no reason an investor cannot have a sustainable and reliable investment.  

If you get the grass cut because you don't want to go there thats running you probably atleast 30 bucks for someone reliable for a townhouse yard which leaves only 40 in an asset class where that is just not going to cut it. 

The private investors I have worked with were all older and just wanted simple reliable returns.
