First STR Property Hunt - White Mountains NH

Hey everyone! Been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast/YouTube episodes for a bit now. We are now trying to make moves on our first STR property.

Living just outside of Boston, MA but are looking for something up in the White Mountains area as we love to hike and go up there anyway. Having a tough time tracking down a reliable real estate agent is the first hurdle we are coming across. If anyone has any suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. 

Also very interesting in chatting about random easier to enter areas or success/failure stories from those also trying to work magic up that way.
