So while it's somewhat competitive, you can still negotiate some.I keep telling people we need to wait until the Spring buying season starts to really fully understand if the last quarter numbers were a direct result of the oil/gas price drops and resulting layoffs, etc., or just a function of that time of year being historically slow.I would love nothing better for my investor clients than to have prices normalize and/or lower, but I still think it's too early to tell.

They don't want to get in hot water by not complying with someone who will certainly document their claim file with such infractions.Just check references and proper licensing.
