I am a real estate agent in Long Island and am researching investing in Cape Cod.

One has my grandmothers house that needs to be torn down and the other is land.

Recent visits to Egypt, Antigua, Austria and the Canary Islands, skiing in the Alps, and livin' the life in Portugal. 

If I knew that I would most likely not be emailing you right now I would be making trillions and on and Island right now.

@Brent Coombs Will certainly be doing vacation rentals again...but perhaps in another market, although there are still a few gems in the islands.  

. :)Juleethat about covers its but there is one little spot that if they want true small town feel I Cathlamet and Puget island.. you have a ferry to the Oregon side pretty quick drive to Astoria and and the WA coast.. 

We are also seeing increased interest in Emerald Island, an older resort with homes that can be renovated.

Sure the poor are pushed out to the ninth island, Las Vegas, but they are replaced by higher income earners or second home investors that don't need the rental income. 

@Brian Larson consider me biased (Vallejo born) but I LOVE what Vallejo has to offer not only as an investor (flipped a home in college park in 2019) but as far as an economic development hub that will continue to grow (namely the development at Mare Island) I just listed a home for sale in Vallejo that is going to sell 65k over asking within hours of it being listed, the market is BOILING and Vallejo is no differnet 

If so I would be interested Im located in Staten Island looking for local meetups !!
