Investing in Cape Cod?
Hello! I am a real estate agent in Long Island and am researching investing in Cape Cod. My husband and I would be interested in doing Airbnb rentals and using the property also for our family. Does anyone have any experience with investments in the Cape? If anyone has any questions about real estate in Long Island, I'm always happy to help! Thanks in advance!

@Raquel Knoell I'm just a few miles north of the Cape. Short term rentals are crazy on the Cape, but in some towns you'll run into homes that are summer cottages only, meaning that there is no heat or insulation.
That said, I'd bet that Cape Cod is one of the best STR markets in the state.
