My main concerns are actually getting in with current Inspectors for ride-alongs and finding work with a company after getting my license - especially since I'm new to this area I don't have the connections I would've back home. 

Or should I let the mortgage ride out and pay the minimum while building up my cash for my next deal?

Poor seller- it seemed to me, post-closing, that the seller was taken for a ride. 

We are currently contracted on over 150 property claims ranging from hail, wind, fire and water losses.

I'm two stops from Damen if I want to check out Pilsen and a quick uber ride from 26th if I feel like Mexican food. 

Within the last year I have got back on the bicycle (after taking my bruises) and feel like I don't know how to ride..!?

They had also knocked down a fence but blamed the utilities reader but neighbor states they used the gate like a carnival ride and the kids broke fence (I suspect kids broke fence, set it back upright, did not tell parents, utility reader knocks over broken fence, parents believe utility reader broke fence).  

I took on RE education through Nudge, which was introduced to me through the peaks potential community, and I have enjoyed the ride but it was a massive investment on my part.

I'm tempted to let it ride on the current construction loan (if possible) and save the 2k.

I have never heard of 4 feet of hail storms!
