The area is quiet and low crime, and I think will become a little more popular over the next few years due to urban sprawl and some colleges, restaurants, etc being built a few miles down the freeway.

In that time there has been significant development in the neighborhood with new restaurants, condos, and a major expansion of a university's local campus.  

It will be my "go to" restaurant!

It takes about 5 minutes to setup the auto email based on whatever specifics you want.However, I will shut them off if I never hear back from the person.

Are there certain areas you prefer (or dislike) or amenities you really desire (off street parking, proximity to restaurants, a quiet street) in your home?  

I look for properties in good locations with-in walking distance to shops and restaurants that would be a good conversion to vacation or corporate rentals.
