I would recommend hitting up your local REI meetups to build your connections there.

My question is, can anyone recommend another site that’s reasonable and allows you to manage more, but also easily advertise to multiple sites? 

However, I never recommend holding appreciating assets, such as real estate, in a S-corp as it causes problems down the line.  

Some familiar names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each app online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

I would recommend that before you start STR-ing your investment property,  that you  clean it a couple of times yourself so that you can get to know where the "dirty spots" reside.

I recommend partnering up with someone who has done it before.

I recommend attending your local investment meet-up to find the right wholesaler in your market.

I recommend small rent increases every 6-12 months rather than large ones less frequently.

If that is the case, i would not recommend trying to "add your wife's name to the account" if she's not on the bank account.
