I’ll reinforce previous poster’s recommendation against aging an ADU, especially to a SFH.

We look for fastest growing areas.

While the real estate crowdfunding space is rapidly growing its still fragile.

Hello Jonathan, I would definitely recommend the low money down option as long as it cashflows.

BiggerPockets also has a calculator you can use to analyze deals and I highly recommend you start this as soon as possible, even if you are not ready to buy.

I would recommend asking a title company.
