In a way wholesaling is a lot most things, it CAN be done, by people with the knowledge, experience and access to capital to do it successfully (like subject to!).

In my experience, it is either they don't care, they don't want to talk or they are super aggresive.

Many people have had bad terrible experiences in the past, and with the direction Airbnb is going I don't think its a great idea to rely on them.

Just about all construction loans require construction experience too.

People read too many blogs and think maxing out leverage is good, but most of the time it's not if you are newer because of what @Chris Seveney said.Having equity in your home is a balloon you can keep in a closet for things, but too many people rush to use it.
