I have a rental property in Raytown area, and we recently purchased it ( less than 2 months ago ) the question I have is, when I was buying it, it was from an investors who was selling 3 separate duplexes ( 6 units ) and I didn't think much of it, just someone unloading a portion of their portfolio.

I may have little to no choice but go with mini splits (ductless AC) for a portion of a house I am rehabbing.  

Try to keep a sizable portion unpaid as an incentive to finish the job.

Over the past 10 years there has been lots of migration towards Belton or portions of Temple within BISD.  

After that, you can forward that information on to the Assessments department because this high water usage will increase the sewer service portion of your yearly property tax bill.

So the unpaid balance is only the original note minus the principal portion of the payments.

I've recooped a decent portion of my losses by renting the place out and essentially pocketing the entire rent amount, less maintenance and management fees.

Does anyone have lease language where you would return a portion of SD for on-time rent payments and behavior?

Wanted to hear some peoples opinion on this question.Due to maximum loan restrictions for a 30 year fixed mortgage on a 2-unit building in Chicago, a portion of my loan is being financed through a HELOC.
