Also some newer developments - for a brand new home - the contract may have language stating that the home cannot be sold for a period of time - this is to prevent too many investors selling too quickly thus impacting the integrity of the development.Therefore, yes you can sell it at anytime, however, it all depends on how you purchased it.  

Once you place a property under contract have it inspected.  

The thing is that I don't have a purchase and sale agreement and assignment contract if the seller wants to go through with the deal.

I have the deal under contract and negotiated the price down to $210k with seller financing for 9 months.

 Hey everyone I feel that I have bumped into situation and this is how it goes, I ended up selling my duplex Investment (cash) closing still hasn’t taken effect it is in process as of now I figured I’d use the finalize contract to show proof of funds and start getting Preapproved for my next investment which is a four Plex.  

Frankly, I'm more interested in the underlying technology such as scalable consensus algorithms, tighter smart contract languages, zero knowledge proofs, decentralized governance, etc.
