Contracts in North New Jersey
Hello BP Friends,
So I've been trying to actively get my first deal in the northern New Jersey area. I've started direct mail marketing and people have been calling me back with questions and etc. The thing is that I don't have a purchase and sale agreement and assignment contract if the seller wants to go through with the deal. I've been skeptical about getting the contracts that most people have been using because I want to them to be legit and explanatory so I am protected under any circumstance regarding the laws in New Jersey.
I know that there are a lot of wholesalers in the northern New Jersey area or people that are more familiar with wholesaling. What do you suggest I do?
Thanks in advance!
