Hi guys! My name is Robert Jenkins I’ve actually been a “member” for 10years but I don’t believe I’ve actually ever written anything. I got licensed when I was 19 in 2007 in Los Angeles I worked residential and I worked a few years commercial with Marcus and millichap. When I was 24 I had a friend pass away who made me promise to go back to school so for the last few years I’ve been working on graduating and keeping that promise. I wanted to go to school in Oregon (Go beavs) so my gf and I moved up and bought a house in 2015. I’ve been working a regular job and absolutely hate it but it has paid the bills. I got licensed in February out here in Oregon and have been prospecting like crazy. In the works on my first wholesale deal and hope to be doing a lot more while listing the ones I can’t wholesale. I am looking to buy and hold properties and I would like to eventually get into larger multi family having a background in it. Anyways, that’s my story if I can help you guys in anyway feel free to reach out.

Direct mail.

Data.

Real cash offers to sellers with no mortgage.

Buy for cash (use money guy if you need to). No realtor fees spent since you are not representing anyone but yourself.

Mark up $10-40k (or more depending on market) and sell to flippers.

Price it so they (flippers) make more money than you.

Works like a charm.

Everyone wins.
