Hi guys! My name is Robert Jenkins I’ve actually been a “member” for 10years but I don’t believe I’ve actually ever written anything. I got licensed when I was 19 in 2007 in Los Angeles I worked residential and I worked a few years commercial with Marcus and millichap. When I was 24 I had a friend pass away who made me promise to go back to school so for the last few years I’ve been working on graduating and keeping that promise. I wanted to go to school in Oregon (Go beavs) so my gf and I moved up and bought a house in 2015. I’ve been working a regular job and absolutely hate it but it has paid the bills. I got licensed in February out here in Oregon and have been prospecting like crazy. In the works on my first wholesale deal and hope to be doing a lot more while listing the ones I can’t wholesale. I am looking to buy and hold properties and I would like to eventually get into larger multi family having a background in it.
