Most of the celebs just lend their name to the label.. some own wineries  like  Mario Andretti actually owns a winery in Napa.But the mother of all late night television how to get rich in real estate and basically one of the first ones. 

You'll be dealing with the daughter when there are issues, not the mother. 

Seller wanted me to help an specific single mother and her authistic son live in this unit because her mother lives in the same building.

Growing up, my mother always said it is best to invest in property.

., my mother decides to move to Texas, lol), I'll probably continue to focus on Rhode Island where I'm registered to do business, where I reside, where I have a lot of good contacts / contractors / business partners /etc.It's very easy for politicians to talk about big infrastructure projects, much more difficult to actually make them happen (ahem Big Dig ahem :).

Or if the property has a mother-in-law suite, guest house, or other units but you're buying it as an owner-occupied property.Good thoughts man.

We are living in the separate mother-in-law walkout basement and renting the entire top part of the house (3/1) rent-by-the-room style.

What seems to work well in the area, small multi family properties or a SFH with a mother in-law space to rent.
