I'd be curious to know his reasoning as he's a really smart guy.In my area, unemployment actually went UP; now, with the micro monitoring of credit worthy homeowners, this could avoid the problem.But in the grand scheme of things, is 7-8% unemployment really a depression?

Simply because they have restored functionality to your computer does not mean the malicious software has been removed, and your data could still be at risk.As for the $439, if this was paid with a credit card, you should call the bank and attempt to cancel/chargeback the payment.

The main reason they believe we need the water sub-metering besides it being such an HOA cost, would be each unit would be able to be monitored and if a leak was constant or a big problem developing could be handled before 3 floors damaged and before major damage done.
