We plan to meet this week and i want to verify which contracts i need to close this deal. would i need (both) purchase and sales agreement / assignment contract?

You can become your own private lender and make loans to those you meet at REIAS and your the bank.. most states have a carve out for small investors IE no license required check your state.this of course is a broad

That is, if you're able to meet the refi guidelines that the lender would require to refinance, your LLC will as well.

There is also the ISS and SSA national meetings and vendors and other investors.

Definitely research the laws, but what I understand from it is that you are NOT required to permit service animals in STRs IF you meet certain criteria, namely that you own fewer than (I think 3?)
