One of the tenant insist they have legal right stay there as M2M tenant ( still enjoy paying $300/mo below market rate) because it is legal 4 families and landlord can't ask them move out even owner occupied or landlord family move in as reason to ask them move out.Please BP nation help us on the situation to deal with the problematic tenant.

In the state of Florida, I was always told unless specifically shown a legal in a judgement for a property, personal judgements like credit card, car loans, gym membership judgements cannot encumber real estate.

@Bree BladesYou can send a certified letter so that you have documentation that you provided written notice to address on lease.You could also go online to your county Register of Deeds or Real Property services page and lookup the owner and send them a letter.

I found out that I can't even put out bandit signs because as a agent, you can't put out real estate signs without your brokerage name and the usual equal housing opportunity images on there.He said wholesaling is perfectly legal as long as I am careful of how I tell things to a seller.
