Can Personal Credit Judgement Encumber Real Property in Florida?

In the state of Florida, I was always told unless specifically shown a legal in a judgement for a property, personal judgements like credit card, car loans, gym membership judgements cannot encumber real estate.  I know in other states when I buy property I run into having to pay credit card judgements all the time, but it's never happened to me in the state of Florida.

Any Florida attorney's can confirm that a non homestead property not in bankruptcy would be encumbered by Credit card judgements or other non specific real property liens like HOA, condoassn, muni fines etc...
