I’m still new to navigating on the App.

Iv found the vacant property of my dreams with great bones and structure , the owners own the title free and clear only problem I'm having now is where are these owners 🤔 iv been calling around in search mode getting hung up on, calling wrong numbers, calling disconnected landlines and pronouncing people's names wrong , yea it's tough but I really want this property this may be early stages of attachment but oh well 😁 So my Question is : Is there a more accurate absentee owner website or app you guys recommend for finding addresses, emails & phone numbers ??

However, this evaluation has also become more nebulous to differentiate as many are using interest only for first couple years, then a bridge loan, such as a 5 year total with a three year (I/O) and then several one year extensions (3+1+1) and possibly an interest rate cap. 

Unfortunately, things are different now and I feel like another number in their tech App once they hit 500 doors under their management.  

I'd suggest creating an app.

Some would suggest TenantCloud, Tellius or other apps which allow you to process rent collection; but, there is an option out there which allows you to collect rent much quicker than those others but still provides other rental management tools you might find valuable (again, not to knock Cozy or these other tools like Zillow rental manager), but you can easily go with an option that will help you keep track of who paid what and on which date with a tool that is reliable and fast.

As I understand it, renting to a voucher holder is as simple as showing the unit, taking an app, and if they look good, filling out their packet and giving it back.
