I haven't received any complaints from my tenants, but I've got great, reasonable tenants who understand it's HOT outside and cooling the inside to 78-80 right now is reasonable.

There's a great book called Every Landlord's Legal Guide published by NOLO that will give you some great basic advice on how the process works, you may want to buy that.
