SUBJECT TO Questions ORLANDO, FL

Posted

Hi,

I need help in finding a real estate attorney or title company that is investor friendly in Orlando, FL that has dealt with sub to situations before. Any recommendations? or anywhere in FL that you've worked with and were great?

Do you guys have any advice on how Sub to? Where forms are important to have filled out? I've been seeing: AS-IS contract, Sub to addendum, Authorization of release, power of attorney. Am I missing something?

Best thing to do with subject to is to have the seller transfer ownership into a land trust where you are the beneficiary of the land trust. The name of the land trust should be the seller's name estate. I know a couple of attorneys that might be able to help.
