It is a money grab nothing more.

Even some of these guys have only provided ballparks...because I've shared some of my strategy and goals with them...I think they're willing to work with a "small time" investor like me if I can sell them on what my growth might look like for them....so now we're on to the grabbing lunch and coffee portion of the tango. 

People are learning about this and grabbing keywords, so the sooner you can get the keywords, the better.Anyway, it might help with your promotional efforts...My own experience has been favorable, but I can't predict for anyone else how good it will be.Deborah

That means on the days or nights a lineholder has to stay at the crashpad, they just grab their bedding from the closet and sleep on whichever bunk is free at the time.

@Sher Girl thanks for your thoughts and offer of help.I decided to pass on this property after digging into what the deal was with the occupied unit.A family of five has been in there for 15 years and not interested in being given a relocation fee for obvious reasons.Plus, not sure how this could be, but the second unit is only 500 sq ft. wondering what that small a 2b/1b unit looks like.

I don't anticipate it being a deal breaker and if you have concerns about potential injuries you can always install grab bars.

They do the same thing pretty much.An idea on the glass would be to grab up one of the free windows on Craigslist, remove from the frame, measure and cut yourself.

I see the purpose of a househack as an opportunity to grab an investment property for an extremely small amount compared to what a regular investor would pay.

Most girls really do want a chill weekend together, nothing crazy.
