Looking for advice on weither or not a "code" inspction would be coducted after applying for a rental license in the state of NJ?

I have a duplex currently under reno and when ordering my cabinents, the wholesaler told me that he would not be able to fulfil my request due to my kitchen sink being up against a wall.

Pic Attached - (I'm just ripping & replacing)

That made me think about "Code"

Looking forward to your feedback group
