Solar, propane for heater & shower, mini split, fridge that runs off DC, tongue & groove ceiling with puck lights, farm house sink with butcher block counter tops, full bed with storage underneath, 3 seatbelts connected to couch that turns into 2nd full bed, all electric is stored under bench, an induction stove top, fully furnished with pots, pans, and work out essentials, and our favorite part: A ROOFTOP DECK to enjoy the sites.

Use solid furniture from a thrift shop to furnish it...aside from stuff with fabric-I'd buy that new.

For example, the best ADU project I've ever seen was a 2 bedroom, 750 sf ADU in Atlanta that cost about $200k to build but is rented for $6k/month on average as a furnished monthly rental.

As an investor I am in love with the fully furnished midterm rental strategy! 

When you onboard a STR, what are your furnishing costs? 

Also the costs to furnish the whole place.

I would also add that you can do furnished rental for more than 30 day that does not require specific zoning or additional taxes. 

Due to the looming clouds of the market forecast, not sure whether or not to sell, rent this place out (would have to pay a PM as I would be completely hands off and out of town) or possibly leave our furnishings and Airbnb the place.

Depending on what other housing options cost, they may be willing to rent an entire unit but of course it would need to be furnished.
