Sam,

The "Best" Insurance company for a property is subjective.  Are you concerned just with price then you may end up with lesser coverage.  I have found, the best company for a property can vary depending on the Fire Protection in the town (hydrants/no hydrants), distance to Fire station, construction of the building, age of building, etc.  My best advise is to seek out an Independent Agent (or agents) that represent multiple companies and have them shop the market.  Be clear on what you want so they are seeking the right policy.
