. - Here's an article [ Natural Soultions for Keeping Animals off Your Lawn ] I just found with some other solutions, though I'm not sure I'd use moth balls . . . doesn't sound like a safe thing for the lawn or any kids that might end up passing by (kids love walking on lawn edges as they stroll down the sidewalk).

BTW, a good banking relationship is usually established by one thing, allowing them to make alot of money, the more, the better relationship you have....when you get tickets to ball games from yourbanker, then you know you have a good relationship!

I have had a browse over the web but i can't find anywhere that can supply a foreign investor a short term loan such as Transactional funding.I would be making deals virtually and closing the deals over the internet with my ( c ) Buyer.I would really apreciate some advice here guys.. what steps i need to take to get this ball rolling.
