Evaluating Current Property Manager
I am new to renting and decided to use an experienced property manager who would know what they are doing far better than I would. I'm only 3 months in and I've been very disappointed with my PM's communication style and general way of dealing with us. I would like to find a survey of some sort that I can ask the tenant to fill out, giving me their side of dealing with the PM. I don't think I'm being unreasonable, but if the tenant is satisfied than I can back off a bit... if the tenant has the same frustrations that is not acceptable. Any ideas of where I can find such an evaluation form?

Lisa Beymer - I'm not familiar with a form for evaluating property managers, but we do have an interview form you may be able to use: Property Manager Interview Worksheet
