Driving for example to someplace like Crowley in the Southwest part to someplace like Anna in the NE part of the metroplex could well take 2 hours.That's just a few thoughts....feel free to ask me any questions you have or pick my brain about real estate.

It is difficult enough when you are local, doing it remote sounds much easier when you read the book about it than it is in reality.At the price point you are at you should still be able to invest local, at least within driving distance.
