So could I draw up an Amendment that says something like "we found _______ wrong with the property during inspection, so the purchase price is being changed to $100,000" and have both of us sign that paper?

And the lakes are a draw and fairly "covid-proof" Lots of great long term value.

We were thinking of just drawing up an agreement between the two LLC’s after closing?

Should we add my LLC to the sales agreement, which may be an issue for his lender and back the closing up OR do we continue with it closing in his LLC name and wait until after closing to draw up an agreement with an attorney between the two LLCs?

Outside of that, an attorney would have to draw up an addendum to the contract. 

I am familiar with the MIP aspect of FHA and wanted to weigh options and get approval before making an offer.... back to the drawing board.... 

When our borrowers use our SOW, it makes the entire loan approval and draw process go much more quickly.
