Folsom seems to have slowed down a bit recently. 

It might be worth chatting with a few insurance agents before getting too deep in costs on this deal.

However, the sewer is 12 feet deep, runs underneath a set of concrete stairs and then 25 feet into a main city arterial. 

Ignoring this means entering a slow downward spiral that typically runs several tenant cycles, every turn around getting worse until the property is not rentable (and sellable) anymore. 

So Deep no?

Our real estate agent and her broker swears up and down we are priced correctly and says the market has “unexpectedly slowed to a halt and that things aren’t moving” any insight into this?!

There seems to be a slow down in RE transactions and prIce reductIons on listings (not everywhere).

It was a super slow start since I’ve been renovating these two houses FOREVER but once they are sold I’m sure it’ll make it worth it
