There is nothing wrong with having a very deep private money well.Eric, nothing you have shared with us will stop you from being successful in your real estate business unless you allow it to be an obstacle.  

I am pretty devout book learner and without BP would likely be knee deep in Barnes and Noble right now.

I'm sure plenty of good people intend on a deep clean, but honestly that's hours worth of work to do right and if you're moving that time/energy going to be spent elsewhere.
