Fire Rehab? Should I even bother wholesaling?

I am a wholesaler but have a question on a deal I am going to sign a purchase agreement for Monday.  The house was apparently on fire on the porch for a few minutes.  Seller says that the "bones" of the house are fine but the porch needs to be replaced and the inside cosmetics need to be redone from heat damage.

Has anyone done a fire damage rehab and even if the property can be rehabbed, should it be?  I personally have no experience rehabbing or wholesaling one.
