Ask to be put on the drip, new houses that come on MLS daily, make a visit out to the city so they put a face to the name and understand you aren't tire kicking.

We look for multi-family units out here on daily basis and so far either they are over priced.

My question is what is a fair salary /weekly rate to charge him for the 24/7 service and daily visit.I want to add value to his business and hope to get a larger role in his business overall while also learning more so that i can own my own rental properties one day soon.
